  1. Our team approach with the best available technology:

    • At every home inspection we use two Certified Home Inspectors to thoroughly analyze, inspect, and test dozens of your home's systems and components
    • At every home inspection we use infrared thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, electrical testers, and carbon monoxide detectors

  2. Your home inspection includes analysis of:

    • Roof (will walk when able)
    • Exterior (siding, trim, doors, windows)
    • Garage
    • Decks
    • Site, grading, and drainage
    • Interior (floors, walls, ceiling, doors, windows)
    • Fireplace and chimney
    • Foundation, basement, and crawlspaces
    • Attic, insulation, and ventilation
    • Heating and cooling systems (furnace, ac unit, ducts)
    • Plumbing (fixtures, drains, visible pipes)
    • Electrical (panel, outlets, lights)

  3. You Receive:

    • A detailed home inspection report is emailed to you with helpful maintenance tips and advice for any discovered issues
    • Local and reputable contractor list for any future repair needs
    • Wood Destroying Insect Report
